We ship to a variety of countries worldwide. If your country is not currently listed, please contact us. We will check whether or not you can purchase the products locally from our local retailers.
Yes. Customs fees are standard in any international order and are the responsibility of the purchaser. All costs are determined by the local customs office at the time of import, thus we are unable to include them in the final cost of the order.
6.I never received a tracking number for my order. How can I track it?

If you need to change or cancel an order that you recently placed through our website, you will need to e-mail email@example.com immediately with your requested changes.
Typically, our orders take one business day to process. If you reach out to us prior to shipping and processing, we will work diligently in making the requested changes.
However, we unfortunately cannot make changes once the order has been processed through our warehouse, nor can we change the shipping address or re-route them once the item(s) have been shipped.
