We offer a 30-day easy return & Exchange guarantee.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
1. The product is returned in good working condition with no damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modification.
2. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and any included inserts must be intact.
3. Any free gift or promotional item received with the original purchase must also be returned in like-new condition.
Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions (e.g., missing packaging, damaged items, or missing components or any other conditions affect its resale) may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund amount.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
1. Products showing physical damage, water damage, or signs of unauthorized repair or disassembly.
2. Items returned beyond the 30-day window.
3. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand sources.
4. Clearance or final sale items (if clearly stated at the time of purchase).
How to Initiate a Return
Contact PGYTECH customer support at support@pgytech.com with your order number and a brief reason for return (including photos/videos if reporting a defect).
You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Pack the product securely, including all original accessories and packaging.
Ship the product back using the instructed method.
Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to verify condition. This may take 3-5 business days.
Approval: If the return meets our conditions, we will approve the refund.
Refund method: Refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing time: Refunds typically appear within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
⚠️ Important: PGYTECH does not charge a restocking fee.
Exchange / Replacement Policy
On this page, we focus on Preference Exchange (e.g., change of mind, wrong size). For Faulty Exchange (replacing a defective product), please refer to our warranty page.
A full product replacement is offered for functional defects caused by normal, authorized use – after confirmation by PGYTECH after-sales team.
Replacement items from PGYTECH may not be brand new, but they are in excellent working condition and perform as well as (or better than) the original.
The replacement product will receive a new warranty period, calculated from the date of replacement (refer to our Limited Lifetime Warranty for details).

Lost, Wrong, or Damaged Packages
If you receive a wrong, missing, or visibly damaged item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, photos of the received product and packaging.
PGYTECH will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
