Under normal use (without intentionally shaking or twisting the part), movement of the lens tripod collar will not affect product functionality or shooting stability.

A small adjustment tolerance is intentionally built into the structure to allow proper installation and fine adjustment, while preventing excessive tightness that could cause wear during assembly or removal. Therefore, movement during use is normal.

After installing a telephoto lens, the focusing distance changes.

The 2× telephoto lens requires a minimum focusing distance of approximately 5 meters (16.40 ft), while the 2.35× telephoto lens requires approximately 6 meters (19.69 ft) for clear focus.

Shooting within a shorter distance may result in out-of-focus images, which is normal.

During shooting with external recording, the Phone Grip functions as a card reader and continuously transfers data to the phone, which results in additional power consumption.

Based on testing, starting from around 80% battery, power consumption increases by approximately 3% per hour, which is normal.
