Processing:
Orders(excluding pre-orders) are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email within 2-3 business days after the order is dispatched.
Pre-orders: Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Shipping Providers: USPS, UPS, SF Express, Amazon FBA and other local EMS (Express Mail Service) providers, among others.
Some remote areas may only be served by limited carriers or extended delivery windows.
*Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

To avoid delays in customs clearance, please ensure the following information is accurate:
South Korea 🇰🇷:
Requires Korean name, a Personal Customs Code (PCCC) and a valid Korean phone number.
Orders without this info may be held or returned.
Taiwan 🇨🇳:
Requires a valid National ID Number.
Please provide your Chinese name for clearance.
Battery Items:
Products containing batteries are shipped via specific "Dangerous Goods" channels and may experience slightly longer transit times.

Taxes & Import Duties (DDP Terms)

Local Warehouse Shipments: Orders fulfilled from overseas warehouses (e.g., US to US, EU to EU) are typically not subject to import duties.

International Shipments: For orders shipped from China, all import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. PGYTECH does not provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Order Confirmation: By placing your order, you acknowledge that you may be required to pay applicable customs charges upon delivery. Please confirm your acceptance of these potential charges before completing your purchase.

Shipping Damage & Lost Package Policy

For damage, loss, or missing items occurring during transit, claims must include the order number and supporting evidence (such as photos, videos, and tracking status)
Resolution may include reshipment, partial refund, or store credit, determined at PGYTECH’s discretion.
