Limited Lifetime Warranty
The PGYTECH products you purchased (only products with limited lifetime warranty service) can be covered by warranty under normal conditions from the date of purchase. If it cannot be used normally, we will repair it or replace it with a new one.
The definition of " An error occurred and cannot be used normally" is: Damage and impaired function due to product quality issues, defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use will be covered by warranty.
The limited lifetime warranty will not be provided when:
1.The flaw in appearance does not affect the functionality of the product (such as scratches, wear of zipper and fabric caused by accident or misuse)
2.Damage caused by incorrect use, or operation
3.Damage caused by improper installations and operations that are not in accordance with the official instructions
Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly/ assembly, etc.
4.Other situations stipulated in Article 3 of "PGYTECH After-sales Service Policy"
Please note:
1.Our limited lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
2.Purchases from unauthorized dealers or distributors are not covered by our limited lifetime warranty service.
All warranty claims should include a dated proof-of-purchase, anti-counterfeit code, along with a description of the product sold
Warranty Policy
Within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, any functional defects not caused by unauthorized use, once confirmed by PGYTECH's after-sales service, will be handled through repair services. This warranty policy primarily covers original end consumers who purchase eligible PGYTECH products from: PGYTECH Official Direct Channels (official website store)、Authorized Dealers (including but not limited to Amazon and other officially certified retail partners).

Product & Parts Replacement
1.For warranty-eligible replacements: Replaced products/parts become property of PGYTECH; the replaced products and parts will become the property of PGYTECH.
2.Replacement products/parts may be refurbished but will be in good working condition, with performance meeting or exceeding the original unit.
3.Replacements inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product and will be assigned a new serial number (SN).
4.For out-of-warranty repairs: Paid repair services are available. Repaired/replaced parts under paid service carry a 6-month warranty.
5.For low-value consumable accessories (e.g., quick-release plates, screws, straps), we may offer a Photo-Approval Fast-Track Service. If approved, we will ship a replacement immediately without requiring a return, saving you time and shipping costs.
6.If a suitable replacement is unavailable, or if you prefer not to receive a replacement, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rated refund based on the product's usage time and condition.
Repair & Replacement Timeline
Once we receive your product, standard repairs are typically completed within 7–15 business days. Complex issues or cases requiring part replacements may take up to 30 business days. We will notify you via email if your case exceeds the standard timeframe.
Warranty Coverage & Exclusions
1.Covered Scenarios Products damaged due to quality defects, material flaws, or workmanship errors under normal use conditions are eligible for free repair or replacement. Within 30 calendar days of product receipt, confirmed functional defects (not caused by unauthorized use) will be prioritized for repair services.
2.Non-Covered Scenarios The following cases are excluded from free warranty service:
1.Damage caused by improper use or storage.
2.Damage resulting from not following the instructions in the user guide or due to intentional actions.
3.Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product.
4.Belong to consumable parts or components.
5.Damage caused by repairs conducted by non-authorized personnel.
Failure to stop using the product after an issue occurs, resulting in further damage.
6.Exceeding the warranty period.
7.Issues caused by various human factors or force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires, wars, etc.) or other problems not inherent to the product.
8.Damage from logistics/shipping: While typically outside the standard warranty scope, we are committed to helping you resolve these issues. Please contact us directly, and we will endeavor to provide a satisfactory solution. For details, refer to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To initiate a claim, you must provide:
1.Dated proof of purchase (clearly showing purchase channel, date, and product model)
2.Valid product anti-counterfeit code
3.Detailed description of the product issue
4.(Optional) Supporting photos/videos of the defect for pre-verification
Warranty Shipping Costs Policy
1.Shipping Costs Covered by PGYTECH
Authorized defective returns
For returns authorized and confirmed as having a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, PGYTECH will cover standard domestic shipping costs within the original country of purchase (or provide a prepaid label as instructed).
Warranty exchange shipping
For exchanges due to quality issues approved by PGYTECH customer service, we will bear the standard domestic shipping costs for both the return and the replacement unit.Shipping Costs Borne by the Buyer
Non-defect returns
Returns initiated for reasons such as personal preference, incorrect purchase, or any reason other than a confirmed product defect.Warranty claims outside the original country of purchase
If a product is taken out of the original country/region of purchase, the buyer bears all international shipping, customs duties, and related costs for any warranty, exchange, or return request — even if the product is confirmed defective.
2.Incorrect returns by the buyer
Items returned that are verified as personal belongings, non-PGYTECH products, or inconsistent with the return/warranty request.
Returns found to have no defect
Products claimed as defective but determined by PGYTECH quality control inspection to be fully functional, cosmetically intact, and meeting factory standards.
Unauthorized returns
Any parcel returned without prior written authorization from PGYTECH customer service; the buyer is responsible for return shipping, any refusal/return-to-sender charges, and all resulting expenses.NOTE:To ensure efficient handling and protect your rights, please always contact PGYTECH official customer service for authorization and instructions before returning any item.
After-Sales Service Fees
For repair items not covered by the free service, paid repair services are available. The specific charges vary depending on the product and can be confirmed with after-sales support. If a part is replaced, it will be subject to a 6-month warranty.
Disclaimer
To protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, please carefully read the User Guide and Safety Instructions provided with this product before use. The company reserves the right to update these documents.
Once you start using this product, it is deemed that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms and contents of the User Guide and Safety Instructions of this product. The customer agrees to take responsibility for his actions and all consequences arising therefrom. The customer promises to use the product only for authorized purposes and agrees to this term and any related policies or guidelines that PGYTECH enacts.
Any personal injury, accident, property loss, legal dispute, or other adverse event causing conflicts of interest resulting from violation of the User Guide or Safety Instructions , or due to force majeure, shall be the user's responsibility. The company assumes no liability for these incidents.
The company will not be responsible for any illegal activities conducted directly or indirectly by the user while using this product.
The warranty service does not include claims for customer's incidental or indirect property losses.
The invalidity of any part of this policy does not affect the validity of other provisions. The final interpretation right of this policy belongs to the company.
PGYTECH is not responsible for any loss or disclosure of data through the product, including confidential, proprietary, or personal information.
Other Important Notes
✧ If you provide an incorrect shipping address or if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, any resulting loss will be the customer's responsibility.
✧ If you intend to return a product across international borders, you must first obtain the consent of PGYTECH. Any customs duties, clearance fees, or other related costs incurred will be borne by you.
✧ Upon receipt, please inspect the product for any damage(such as damage caused by logistics). Report any issues to PGYTECH's after-sales service within 24 hours. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the product's condition, and no claims will be accepted thereafter.
