We used this with our Osmo Action on vacation and this allowed us to get great shots we couldn't have achieved otherwise. Super light weight and fit in my pocket with ease.

This is a good Stable Tripod for use with your action camera. I like that the middle arm which is essentially the extension arm
Of the tripod can also be lowered to add even more stability essentially giving you 4 points of contact for stability. HOWEVER... the tripod without that middle tripod contact is NOT so stable in cars or similar. The tripod is best suited for statutory tasks with no wind, otherwise there will be shake as the tripod arm is not made from a very thick metal material therefore it CAN wobble a little.
Other than that the construction is solid, and I have used it for Timelapses on my Osmo action and used it for video with no issues. I have no hesitation in recommending this product.
