A cold shoe mount and lanyard hole make it easy to attach accessories such as fill lights, microphones, and wrist straps. And the bottom of the cage retains the 1/4"-20 threaded mount and Insta360 quick-release mount. A silicone lens cover is included to protect the lens when it's not in use.

Will attaching the cage affect microphone usage?

No. The cage has dedicated cutouts for the camera's microphone and sound pickup areas, ensuring audio recording quality will not be affected.
