Quality strap, good alternative connector to “that” brand

First off, this strap is good. It’s good enough that I bought the full size strap at full price after getting this one. The connectors lock in well and they can free spin so the dyneema cords don’t twist as much. The fabric is soft and won’t chaff. The other advantage is that when you are clicking the bead into place the orientation doesn’t matter, unlike flat disc designs that can be a bit fussy sometimes. I’m glad I picked this up.

Very Comfortable

The PGYTECH wrist strap is very comfortable to wear, and the material is pliable and doesn't require the break-in period needed with some genuine leather straps. The quick release is easy to use and feels very secure when engaged. The plastic buckle which contains the QR mechanism is a bit bulky, so you'll have to turn it just right to get it out of your way; it's not enough of a bother to make it unusable, but I find that attaching it to the bottom strap slot on my camera cage makes it a non-issue.If you like the magnetic buckle attachment shown in the product videos, be advised that it may not work for you. Like many Chinese-made products, that feature is not quite "American-sized." The magnetic buckle can attach to the strap at only one point, so you'll find it impossible to use if your wrist is larger than ~7.5 inches. If you don't care about the magnetic feature, a larger wrist won't be a problem. It's a nice strap overall, but it would be good to see a lower-profile buckle and more than one magnetic attachment point in the next iteration.

Quality camera strap

This is comparable design to the peak design one I have, shown side by side in last picture. The touch and handles of this strap is comfortable, maybe due to more softer material used. I would say this is good for consumer to pick one they like not because of cost.

Well made, comfortable but can sometimes be restrictive

This strap is definitely well made. Looks classy and the leather is soft. The quick release works great as well.I used this strap on one full day of shooting and noticed that sometimes the slider that adjusts the tightness will sometimes keep the strap almost too restricted where it can't spin around my wrist.I have a couple of other wrist straps that are designed with more of a loose fit but still secure.I'm still going to give it five stars because the build quality is excellent. Some people might actually like how tight this strap can get but I personally like my wrist straps to be somewhat loose to where they can spin around and follow the camera.

Soft suede material, but bulky and not easy to disconnect.

This wrist strap is similar to another one I have, but this one has a softer material and a unique quick connect system. The quick connectors are referred to as "quick beads", which is a functional design, but requires a hard press on the connector to disconnect. Although secure, the quick beads don't always attach properly, unless adjusted. The quick beads are round in nature and can rotate on the connector end, which I think is pretty neat. There is a warning on the box that says the suede microfiber can stain light colored objects, which is something to be aware of. The strap itself is a bit on the stiff side, but the exterior suede material is pleasantly soft.Just like the other strap I have, this one is bulky where the quick connectors attach. When using my camera, I have to make sure the bulky connector is in between my thumb and index area, otherwise it can flop around and hit the camera.Overall, this is a durable feeling wrist strap with an interesting quick connector system, although it's not always easy to connect or disconnect. This strap is not the most original design since it borrows a lot of ideas from similar straps, but the suede material is very comfortable.

Nicely Made Wrist Strap

This is a very nice more of a premium type strap, its well made looks good and feels comfortable on your wrist, has a built in quick release that work's very well and uses an oblong ball type design so that it can rotate in the release mech while attached to your camera and does not get tangled, unlike some similar designs. It locks in with a nice click and will not come loose without pressing the button. The strap can also be used as bracelet when not attached and uses a hidden magnet built into the strap to keep it in place on your wrist. (See Pics)QC and and overall build on this strap is top notch, and the microfiber synthetic leather is nicely done. But because its a matte finish like suede I think it may get dirty rather quickly. The strap itself feels fairly soft but uses an inner layer of Dyneema for strength, this makes it a lot stronger then a standard leather strap, doubt this will break anytime soon. The strap slide is made of a satin anodized aluminum. Each lanyard ball has a 3 layer string so as it wears it will eventually show yellow this means it will soon be time to change this part out before it gets to the load bearing core layer and fails. 2 quick release balls are included as well as a triangle ring used on some cams.So far I really like this wrist-strap and would definitely suggest giving this one a try if your in the market for something like this.

Stylish and Strong

Sweet wrist strap for everyday use. I’m not sure what the material is used, but it’s super soft. The buckle slides back and forth to tighten around your wrist. There’s even a magnet in the strap that the buckle can stick to for when your wrap it up. It came with two ball hooks, black and my personal favorite the orange one. It’s bright and easy to see so you can click into the buckle in poor lit areas. I love how the buckle clicks when you slide the ball into it, gives you peace of mind that it’s locked in properly. The release button is responsive and doesn’t seem like you’d accidentally press it. So that’s cool and limits accidental unwanted release. The comfort around the wrist is great, and this thing is strong. I wouldn’t dangle my Sony fx3 if I didn’t think it could handle it. I hate walking around in a full neck strap, this wrist strap gives me the freedom and the security knowing that when I’m clipped onto my camera it can support it even if I let go. Just make sure you tighten the strap around your wrist first hahaha.

Sturdy, Comfortable and Secure Method to Carry Your Camera! Quick Removal When Needed!

I'm a big fan of this wrist strap! It's made of all-leather and is just the right length allowing me to control camera settings and press the shutter without restricting my hand movements or being so long is gets into the picture. The quality of construction appears excellent with beautifully finished seams and PGYTech's proprietary latch system. The system allows a camera to be quickly released and securely locked back onto the strap with the push of a button. A small ball attached to a nylon cord is the basis of the lock and the cord even has a "wear" system that exposes a yellow inner lining when the cord needs replacement. The strap can be tightened or loosened on my wrist using a built in slider.-Bottom Line: Nice Wrist Strap Camera System! Quality Construction, Extra Camera Mount included, Quick strap release. Several color variations offered. Five Stars!

High quality camera wrist strap with quick release

A big fan of PGYTECH products! This camera wrist strap feels solid and has a very nice touch. Not as stiff as a traditional leather wrist strap but it states to hold up to 90KG.The quick release is also well-designed, the end of the tip is a tiny bead instead of a flat design like the other brands, which makes it easier to install and remove the strap. At the end of the strap, there are sort of magnets, just like the Apple watch bands, which help to hold the strap in place and look nicer.

Premium Quality Soft Leather-Like Wrist Strap

I have PGYtech's excellent shoulder strap, this wrist strap is made with the same attention to quality. There is clever metal slide to make sure it's cinched well around the wrist. The listing calls the strap material "ultra high molecular weight polyethylene"... whatever, the strap feels soft and leather-like.Like the PGYtech shoulder strap, the wrist has a connector that uses the same PGYtech beads (not compatible with PD disk connectors) to attach to the camera with confidence. They are very easy to release for say, mounting the camera to a tripod or switching to the shoulder strap. The box is a trip, a little like Apple's boxes. Definitely a good gift box.

Great alternative to Peak Design straps

A great alternative to offerings by companies like Peak Design. One of the advantages to this strap is that it allows the camera to rotate freely in place.

Great Camera Strap

Wonderful, This is my second purchase of this camera wrist strap. It's not expensive as a competitors brand. I love how secure it is. I love the feature it has when the mount starts to wear down. Its microfiber is soft and I love it. It's cheap and matches gear great. I have recommended my friend to buy it too and he loves it.

Worth your money, definitely.

Previously not a wrist strap guy, the PGYTECH Air series changed that for me and now I reach for my wrist strap a lot more than my neck strap (which is also great) The leather look is nice and the wrist strap is nice and soft. I also like the magnet function. I bring my camera literally everywhere with me and this is handy in addition to my PeakDesign bag. If I leave the house packing really light though, I usually opt for my neck strap. Currently using on my OM-3, EM10iv, LX100, and Spotmatic II Note: The quick release clips are a little big for something small like a Lumix LX3 but that seems to be a common issue with these quick release systems and as long as you adjust your grip you can get used to it.

high quality strap that is affordable and functional

Great wrist strap that is both functional and affordable. Love that the connection is a ball so that the strap won't get stuck/tangled, unlike other straps. I only wish they had better color options, as I don't love the orange/tannish interior color.

Secure, Well Made, and Much Better Than a Standard Strap

I picked this up for my Sony A6400 because I wanted something smaller and less bulky than a neck strap for everyday shooting. After using it for a while, it's become one of those accessories I barely think about because it just works well. The material feels comfortable on the wrist and doesn't rub or irritate during longer use. I also like how the strap tightens slightly under the camera's weight, which makes the camera feel more secure while walking around or shooting one-handed. The quick-release system is convenient and makes it easy to remove the camera quickly when packing it away or changing setups. It also stays fairly minimal and doesn't get in the way while shooting. One thing to keep in mind is that the fit is designed to stay snug and secure, so if you prefer a very loose wrist strap this may not be your style. Overall, this feels well made, lightweight, and reliable. It's a great option for mirrorless cameras and photographers who want something simple and comfortable for everyday use.

So comfortable and convenient

Neck straps are necessary, but the freedom you get by detaching is liberating. A good wrist strap maintains the sense of security but lets the camera work for you better than it otherwise would tethered to your neck. The anchor connection is very solid, the materials feel high quality and it's very comfortable.
