Will the camera wrist strap air break under stress?

The camera wrist strap air is composed of a double layer of high-strength Dyneema fiber, and has undergone deformation and failure testing up to a maximum load of 35kg without breaking.

Is there any risk of camera falling off from the quick connectors?

The quick connector utilizes a dead point mechanism. There is no risk 
of the camera falling off, regardless of the angle of force applied, as long as the quick bead remains locked. Combined with UHMWPE lanyard, it can stand a load of up to 35KG. 

What does it mean when the yellow core of lanyard become visible?

The lanyard is made of UHMWPE, which shows red, yellow and black for different layers from the inside to the outside. When the yellow color becomes visible, please replace the quick bead with a new one in time.

Is the material stain-resistant?

The material is made of microfiber and may show signs of use over time. Light stains can be wiped off.

How to deal with the dirty surface of the product?

For slight surface stains, it is recommended to wipe with water. If the stains are more serious, buying fabric cleaner and wiping clean, in a ventilated place to dry naturally is recommended. Do not wash or machine wash, avoid exposure to high temperatures.

Will it be too stuffy to use in summer?

The microfiber material is skin-friendly and breathable. It is less likely to cause discomfort from heat and humidity compared to woven straps.

Can I detach the camera from backpack camera strap with my gloves on?

Yes, but if gloves that are too thick, the operation can be difficult.

What cameras can this wrist strap be used with?

The quick bead of the camera wrist strap air is made of 1.5mm diameter Dyneema, which can be adapted to most cameras. If you can't thread the rope directly, you can use the metal clip included in the package to use with the lanyard. 

Will quick beads scratch camera?

How long is the warranty period?

We provide a three-year warranty service covering product manufacturing defects or faults leading to partial or complete inability to use the product. It should be noted that defects related to product appearance, such as scratches, stains, or wear and tear caused by intentional damage, misuse, or negligence, are not covered under this warranty. Similarly, any damages caused by components not produced by us, such as fabrics, that do not stem from factory functional defects, such as regular wear and tear of materials like straps and ropes, are not eligible for warranty coverage.
