I saw the writeup for this product and decided that since I would definitely be buying new camera tech that would need extra protection I would give this wrap a try. I'm glad I did because it is far better than the faux leather pouch that came with my latest new lens and I can rest easy knowing that the lens is not only protected in the camera case but that it is extra protected by having this wrap around it.

According to the sales material the wrap is a 17 x 17 square piece of "polymer material" with "nano-technology" to bond with itself and stay closed with great "bonding force." The quoted material was lifted from the sales material and I don't know what they really mean other than to say that the cloth will roll together and stay closed with strong adhesive force. The sales talk, in that regard is true - the material does stay closed although I am not sure why.

The material will also, it is claimed, clean the product in contact with its fuzzy inner side. That too is true. I have wrapped my Nikon 750D and, at a different time, my 400 - 800 mm telephoto lens. In both cases the adhesion was strong and the equipment felt secure wrapped in the cloth and came out cleaner than it went in..

So, does this material work totally as claimed? Is it worth the cost? All I can answer is in a totally non-scientific manner, that it seems to do exactly that. So, I rate this material as a 5 star product that somehow fulfills its sales hype.

I like the print and the size. It covers my 24-70 lens attached to my Sony mirrorless camera very well. It feels very soft and is thicker than a competitor’s that I own. Fits in my Think Tank Turnstyle 20 even with the shoulder strap attached. I like the recycled looking packaging and they included a sticker.this is a good product. Will buy more for my other gear.

I thought this was going to be like a thick microfiber. When I started messing with it more, this thing grips!! I can hold a 4-5lb camera in it easy with 0 risk of it unwinding. Its thick and protective. Great for those days I toss a lot in my bag.

Another use ive found with it, is if im swapping lenses, ill put the lens im not using on this so its not just sitting ona table or worse, the floor! And i can just grab the cover and bring it up to me.

I was VERY surprised when I got this product. First of all its made of a soft polymer material designed to protect your camera from scratches, dust, and other environmental elements.

Another great feature is its compatibility with a variety of tech gear. Because of the material and bonding power, you are able to shape it the way you want and use it for any piece of tech you want to. Wrap it, carry it, etc. Its crazy how strong it is!

Best part is that its lightweight and have a cool design. making it not only easy to carry, but provides some style inside your bag. It is a great option for travel and outdoor photography, where you want to protect your camera from the elements without adding additional weight to your gear bag.

Overall, this is a great an inexpensive way to give more protection to your camera!

Exactly as described, I can wrap my dslr even with really long telephoto lenses attached, great quality and really holds up as a product!

Great product! I don’t have a dedicated camera bag, so this wrap is a real lifesaver for my camera.

The wrap does an excellent job protecting my lenses in my photography backpack. I also use it as a lens wrap when my camera is mounted on a tripod during long periods between exposures in my landscape photography.

Gone are the days of those large, bulky, rigid, foamed-up lens pouches. Enter the PGYTECH protective wrap! This thing blew my mind. I thought it'd be some sort of semi-rough self-adhesive cloth with a bit of padding/thickness and a side of microfiber, but oh this is so much more. It's the koozie to your lens. The swaddle to your camera baby. The hammock of safety. It wraps, folds, scrunches, pads, and more. It's the best thing to have if you're using a camera-style backpack, a camera insert, or just a loose bag. I can use it to easily wrap a lens for extra padding so it sits securely in an insert while also having a corner to grab to quickly pull out a lens I want. It stows away easily and nicely in my bag when not in use, which is a lot compared to those lens pouches that continue to take up a large space in my bag or on my belt. Just get it, you'll find a use for it.

I’ve been using this to keep dust off my camera equipment in a house with 4 pets. This wrap sticks to itself enough so that you don’t have to worry about it opening in a bag or with a gentle tug, but then opens with ease when you grab a corner with intention. It’s really a cool technology, and I love it! Holding a bike up as advertised seems possible if the bike were light and one was very careful and delicate with how you hung the wrap; but this isn’t a realistic application for this product. But, if you want to keep things protected from scratches, dust and dirt while out and about, I would definitely say go for it! This has been great so far.

I have been using this wrap to keep my Sony A6400 safe in my camera bag so that the camera doesn't get knocked around against other tech gear. I am amazed at how well the wrap sticks to itself to secure and protect my camera. The inside of the wrap is quite soft, and the designs are very unique. I would even consider picking up another wrap to protect my Nintendo Switch!
