The remote control facliitates seamless connectivity with action camera, enabling remote execution of functions such as photo capture/recording, mode swithcing, power management and screen locking. It enables remote control of photo capture and video recording functionalities when connected to smartphones.  Note: Please check the compatibility of the two editions.

Mirrorless cameras/compact cameras featuring a Type-C interface can leverage charging capabilities. However, remote control functionality is not extended to the camera. For users requiring remote control capabilities, the Mantis RC M1 is available for separate purchase.

The MantisPod Power does not feature waterproof capabilities and is not recommended for underwater usage.

It features a built-in 5000mAh lithium battery, equivalent to 2.5 units of action camera battery capacity.  It supports 5V2.4A input and 5V2.0A output, allowing simultaneous charging and shooting of action cameras.
