Hand washing with mild detergent is recommended. Do not machine wash or dry clean. Do not soak, bleach, tumble dry, or expose to direct sunlight.

How much weight can the phone strap hold?

This product is intended for carrying mobile phones only. It is not recommended to carry items heavier than a phone. The strap itself can support up to 10kg.

How should I clean the phone strap?

Wipe gently with a damp cloth to remove stains. Do not use alcohol. Let it air dry naturally.

What type of phone cases are compatible with the phone mounting tab?

Universal for smartphones (single mount version requires use with a phone case and phone mouting tab, dual mount version requires a dual-mount phone case.)

What is the adjustable length range of the phone strap?

Single Mount Version:The Webbing version adjusts from 127cm to 156cm (50 to 61.4in); the Braided strap version adjusts from 111cm to 136cm (43.7-53.54in).

How thick is the phone mounting tab? Will it cause the phone to bulge?

The phone mounting tab is only 0.5–0.55mm thick. It fits most phone cases with minimal bulging and does not affect normal use.

When placed inside a full-coverage phone case, the tab is compatible with most cases and charging cables. It will not affect charging.
