How long is the points validity period?
Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned, and we’ll send you an email reminder 30 days before they expire.
Can I get my points back if I don’t use the coupon after redeeming them?
No, redeemed points cannot be returned once the redemption is completed, so please confirm carefully before you redeem.
