The Quick-Release Handle can be used as a single side handle, however, using both left and right handles together ensures steadier, smoother camera movement.

What is the function of the Portable Solid State Drive (PSSD) Module, and how do I use it?

The PSSD Module is an M.2 Solid State Drive enclosure that allows users to install a personally purchased SSD into the enclosure, and then connect it to a computer or mobile phone via a high-speed data cable for data transfer and access.

How do I connect the handle's Bluetooth Remote via Bluetooth to a phone?

Press and hold the power button on the Bluetooth Remote for about 1 second until the indicator light flashes. Then, search for and connect to“PGYTECH-Shot" on your phone's Bluetooth settings page. For use with the PGYTECH App or the iPhone's native camera, please refer to the Quick Start Guide for further instructions.

What is the charging output power?

The charging output is 10–20W.

Will the Battery Module get warm during charging or while in use?

Yes, heat generation during use is normal. The temperature increase complies with national safety standards and does not compromise safe operation.

Is the focus point fixed when using the Bluetooth Remote's "half-press to focus" function?

When you use the phone's native camera system, the focus point remains fixed at the center of the frame. When you use the PGYTECH App, the focus position can be freely adjusted.

What is the output and input power of the Battery Module?

The Battery Module supports 5V/3.0A, 9V/2.0A, and 12V/1.5A for both input and output power, ensuring wide device compatibility.

How long does the Bluetooth Remote last on a single charge?

When fully charged, the Bluetooth Remote offers approximately 10 hours of battery life.

How long does it take to fully charge the Bluetooth Remote and the Battery Module? Is there a battery indicator?

The Bluetooth Remote takes approximately 30 minutes to fully charge. The Battery Module requires about 2 hours. Battery level is indicated during charging. When the Battery Module is fully charged, the indicator light turns solid green.

The Battery Module has a battery capacity of 5000mAh.

Does the handle come with a charging cable?

No. The handle does not include a charging cable, but the PSSD Module comes with a high-speed data cable.

Where are the Serial Numbers located?

The Phone Cage's SN is found inside the case. The Bluetooth Remote's SN is on the bottom. For other modules, the SN is printed on the exterior surface of the product.

Can the remote be purchased separately if lost?

Yes. The cage includes three integrated lanyard holes for this purpose.

Can the Phone Cage be used in portrait (vertical) mode?

Yes. The Phone Cage can be used vertically with the handle and features a side quick-release slot for easy switching.
