For the money, this cage system is absolutely amazing. It's got the best handles and best remote control for video and photography that I have yet encountered in an iPhone cage system or even compared to iPhone grips. The cage itself is incredibly lightweight and no thicker than most heavy duty phone cases. At first,I thought it might not be rigid enough, but the phone and cage together seem very sturdy. I am concerned about the back of the iPhone, not being protected, but I bought one of those carbon fiber stick on back protectors which takes care of that complaint. The quick release handles, attach smoothly and easily yet hold very solid. They also offer extra attachment options that have the same quick release system. I've seen some people complaining about the inability to have a battery module and a SSD module working at the same time, but I'm just impressed that they have those options. I'm pretty sure they are working on a hub anyway. In the meantime, I already own MagSafe chargers that do the job just fine. That leaves the SSD option open for me at all times. It comes with a magnetic filter adapter. I have 67mm variable ND filters that work with it. That's great, but I am disappointed that this system does not come with mounting plates for T-series and 17mm thread lenses like just about every other competitor on the market. Their FAQ on their website says that lens mounts are coming. The only other complaint that I really have about this system is that the back of the cage does create a lip that keeps some of my MagSafe accessories like my MagSafe camera grips from attaching properly to the back of the phone. I would need to get some kind of additional stick on MagSafe adapter in order to have that functionality. I understand that the concept is to keep the cage very lightweight and lower cost, but I think they could have added carbon fiber or hard plastic backplate with MagSafe (with strong magnets please) so that the rear of the cage was flat, more useful, and fully protected. If they had that and the upcoming lens mounting plates I'd never take this cage off of my phone. I'm giving them four stars until this stuff is addressed. If they offer these options I'll change this to five stars and tell every creator I know.
