If you have the bag and plan to use it for any serious loads and/or duration, I think you need to consider this as part of the cost of buying the backpack. The OneMo Tactical 35L is a great bag, and feels more comfortable than a lot of other photo bags I've used, but once I get this waist belt adjusted, it feels SO much better/lighter/more balanced.

I'm a motorsport photographer in Texas. It's hot during racing season. I need to be mobile and very pragmatic with my selection of equipment. That's why I don't carry a bag with me when I'm in the infield. This belt is EXACTLY what I've been looking for.
- I can carry ALL necessary accessories on the belt (water bottle pouches, speedlight, batteries/cards/tools pouch, etc.)
- it's INCREDIBLY comfortable and easy to use.

MOST importantly, the simple feature to restrain my secondary camera when I'm capturing panning/whip pan shots is HUGE for me.

This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for and solves multiple problems for me. I'm a motorsport photographer in the south and don't like to carry a camera bag with me as I like to travel light and it gets very hot when I'm shooting. But I do need water bottles, flash, batteries, etc. This belt allows me to VERY comfortably add those accessories via pouches, etc. But MOST importantly, I use a dual should harness. When I'm getting panning shots, my secondary camera body swings a lot. Being able to use the small stretch/velcro feature to easily restrain that camera body is a literal game-changer for me. I know it's an edge case for some folks, but it's been incredibly helpful and the quality of this belt is incredible. HIGHLY recommended!!

This belt is a must for the OneMo tactical backpack. If you're carrying a 200-600mm, 24-70mm F2.8, camera, tripod and 40oz hydro flask. It'll shift the weight to the waist, less on the shoulder for that long hike
