I bought the beetle clip version 2 to use with my new DSLR Sony camera, with Nikon lens and it is easy to set up, easy to use and works perfectly. Perfectly. I am looking to get another one for my other camera but this is one of the best items you could get to be hands-free

Ive always been a fan of those brand and this one is no exception. I love rhe design and the quick lock for the mounting plate. Its pretty easy to use and functions great. It hasn't taken any heavy damage so its been pretty sturdy. One piece of advice when you purchase it make sure your backpack straps aren't too thick because it does expand but sometimes it feels a little loose. And I wouldn't recommend using heavier lenses with it. They hold fine just shifts too much for my liking.

I love how sturdy this holds on the bag. The thicker the backpack strap is the better.

Build quality is pretty good. One thing that can be improved is how to mount it to the backpack. The lock is too long and very hard to pass through the strips on my PGYTECH OnePro.

Out of all the camera clips I've tried from different brands, this one is easily my favorite. What I love most is the confidence it gives me. Once it's locked in, it just stays put, keeping my camera secure and exactly where I need it. No shifting, no wobbling, and no second-guessing whether my gear is safe while I'm moving around at a busy event or wedding. I've bought and tested quite a few alternatives over the years, but this is the one that earned a permanent spot in my kit. Reliable, well-built, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Wide enough to fit on my wide/thick Osprey bag that other clips were too small for. Used it all around Japan. Very smooth and secure. Buy it!

I've used this out in the field now a couple of times, at first it was a bit sticky to use when brand new but it's easier now, I really find it useful and it's nicely made.

Works perfectly. Just finished a multiday hike and it was great with my xt5 and various lenses. Actually for backpack better than my friends peak design as allows for thicker straps. Owned for 6 months and highly recommend.

It came fast with fedex express shipment and the product was packet very well and compact.
The item fits well to my backpack strap and seems very secure, especially with the two straps that secure it

This is the only camera clip that I’ve ever used so I don’t have anything to compare it to but it works so well, it doesn’t matter. Super comfortable.& built insanely well🤌🏼

Pens�� que el grueso de la correa de mi mochila de senderismo ser��a un problema, pero no. Mucho m��s c��modo y pr��ctico que andar kil��metros con una correa al cuello. Lo us�� ya en 2 excursiones de m��s de 6 hrs cada una sin mayor problema. La zapata tambi��n es compatible con mi tripie, lo que me evita estar cambiando accesorios.

This is such a good purchase if you like bringing your camera on adventures and want to keep your hands free throughout. The clip adjusts easily to backpack straps and snaps on securely. The included camera mount plate slides in and out of the quick-release clip effortlessly and can stay on your camera even when not using the clip. Clipping the camera on and off is super easy. I still keep my camera strap on for safety when it's unclipped, but it's amazing not having to hold the camera while keeping it close to my body. The clip is very small and is barely noticeable at all (see first picture). Highly recommend for hikers, travelers, or anyone who wants hands-free convenience with their camera.

The quick release for the Beetle clip works absolutely perfect for my camera. But, I bought an extra plate for my coffee mug too. I tapped a 1/4 20 in the flat part of the mug handle. Such a great option for other things too, (like light meters) that have a tripod mount. Best product for my purposes.

I really like the Beetle for transporting my 2nd camera when I am out on a shoot

I quite like the clip, I've never had anything like it before and it's very practical.
Leaving the camera in the clip when I'm backpacking really helps to free my hands, especially when I'm constantly picking up and putting down the camera.
It looks like it grips well although by the system it has, it seems that there is a side that is more raised than another, it does not seem that it will open and therefore fall, but the feeling is like that on one side is not well placed.

I own a Peak Design but gifted the Beetle clip to my wife, and enjoyed its flexibility and easiness of use.
