- Where is my order shipped from?
It depends if we have local warehouse in your country.
- Do you ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses?
Please note that APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes are not accepted with DHL,UPS,TNT, and FEDEX. If you want to utilize a P.O. Box, you will need to use EMS as your shipping method.
- Why isn’t my shipping country appearing on the checkout page?
We ship to a variety of countries worldwide. If your country is not currently listed, please contact us. We will check whether or not you can purchase the products locally from our local retailers.
- Will I need to pay customs/import fees in addition to the cost of my order?
Yes. Customs fees are standard in any international order and are the responsibility of the purchaser. All costs are determined by the local customs office at the time of import, thus we are unable to include them in the final cost of the order.
6.I never received a tracking number for my order. How can I track it?
Please reach out to our customer support team (email@example.com) and we will be happy to provide a tracking number for you.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order that you recently placed through our website, you will need to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with your requested changes.
Typically, our orders take one business day to process. If you reach out to us prior to shipping and processing, we will work diligently in making the requested changes.
However, we unfortunately cannot make changes once the order has been processed through our warehouse, nor can we change the shipping address or re-route them once the item(s) have been shipped.
- What payments do you accept?
We accept payments such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB as well as Paypal.
- I’d like to become a dealer/re-seller. Who do I reach out to?
